Located in Fallbrook, CA, our shared kitchen spaces are fully outfitted and ready to use.
The Hot Kitchen comes equipped with:
- Two stainless steel prep tables
- Drawers full of basic utensils
- Various sizes of stock pots, fry pans, and saucepans
- A great selection of mixing bowls
- Baking sheets, full and half size
- Large sheet-pan rack on wheels
- Day use of a single door refrigerator
- Additional cold and dry storage are available for rent.
*Some equipment must be reserved, at no cost, by using the equipment schedule. These items include: One of our two double door gas convection ovens or our gas range with small oven and four burners.
The Baking Station comes equipped with:
- 20qt commercial mixer with three attachments
- Stainless steel prep tables
- Drawers full of basic utensils
- Various sizes of stock pots, fry pans, and saucepans
- A great selection of mixing bowls
- Baking sheets, full and half size
- Large sheet-pan rack on wheels
- Day use of a single door refrigerator.
- Multiple electrical outlets with one 220-volt outlet.
- Additional cold and dry storage are available for rent.

This station is separate from the Hot and Baking stations. There are no ovens, grills, or ranges in this area. There is a double door refrigerator for day use or you may rent space for long term use. This area is ideal for making salads, sandwiches, dressing, garnishes, and more. You may also choose to package already prepared foods in this area.

Kitchen rental pricing based on a 30-day month with Peak Hours rate. Please inquire about our Off-Peak Hours.

Commissary fee included in all membership plans. What’s included in your monthly membership? A subsription to The Food Corridor software/App, all utilities (electric, water, trash, & gas) washing, cleaning, and sanitizing supplies. Also included for Members to share: Basic utensils, linen service, baking racks, stock pots, fry pans, and sauce pots. You may use our cutting boards, push carts, several 2lb, 11lb, and 60lb scales, and day use of the refrigerator. There are four small lockers for day use at no cost. Members will provide their own locks.
